IMA Cooling Systems has developed a reputation for daring to install where other have simply said NO. In Tanzania Rungwe Avocado Company asked IMA to design and install an Avocado pack house, the catch was that if anything went wrong it would take a technician 3 days to get there.
IMA’s long experience in Africa means that we know if you can think of a way for something to go wrong it probably will. This has lead us to design multiple backup features; manual overrides, high low voltage protection and phase failure devices.
We insist on using only the best quality copper pipes and refrigerant gas that we have imported ourselves to make sure we get no leaks and optimal cooling performance. Too often locally available pipes are too thin and break and the gas is substandard.
